Exploration Management

• Exploration Management–Target Generation -grass roots projects for gold and copper, use of aeromagnetic, ground magnetic data, gravity, and geochemical data targeting anomalies in the ground.
• Management of resource definition drilling programs, infill drilling, exploration programs, with small teams of geologists, field technicians and associated logistics personnel.
• Exploration and development drilling program management; training/mentoring young geologists in terms of drilling techniques for AC, RAB RC, diamond drilling and sampling requirements to comply with JORC requirements.
• Sourcing talented senior geologists with thinking ‘outside the box’ mentality.
• Project due diligence/site visits of a Competent Person.
• Competent person for Lithium, Gold, Iron ore, and Rare Earths projects, ASX reporting of JORC compliant resources.
• Resource calculations and modelling and JORC table 1 requirements.
• Team collaboration and management of both technical and non-technical.
• Proficient in producing high quality, seamless and robust resource models and resource estimates using Micromine, and mineralisation data.
• Compilation of Independent Geological Report.

Field Services

• Target generation for grassroots exploration (gold, copper, and other commodities).
